To make sure every student gets the most out of their sessions, here’s how our scheduling works:

- Package Validity: Each package is valid for 1 month (4 weeks).
- Weekly Lessons: Weekly lessons must be taken within the same week they are scheduled for.
- Need to Reschedule? Please notify us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your lesson. Rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same week.
- Late Rescheduling & No-Shows: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or missing a lesson without notice will count as a used lesson.
- If We’re Late or Cancel: If we are late or need to cancel your lesson, you’ll receive a full make-up lesson.
- Rescheduling Limit: Each student may reschedule up to 1 lesson per week.
- Unused Lessons: Any unused lessons expire at the end of the package’s 4-week period and cannot be carried over to the following month.
