Lesson Policy

To make sure every student gets the most out of their sessions, here's how our scheduling works:
Lesson Policy
Each package is valid for 1 month (4 weeks). Weekly lessons must be taken within that same week.
Need to reschedule? Just notify us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your lesson within the same week.
No-shows or late reschedules (under 24 hours) count as a used lesson.
If we're late or cancel, you get a full make-up lesson.
Max 1 reschedule per week per student.
Unused lessons expire at the end of the month.
